Within the UK
All products purchased are delivered in the UK at the price quoted on the site. We try to keep the cost as low as possible, in fact we subsidise the cost much of the time. These are the actual UK prices:
up to £2 order £1.00
up to £8 order £1.50
up to £25 order £2
up to £37 order £2.50
up to £40 order £3.50
up to £200 order £4.00
over £200 order £8
all these prices are subject to VAT
We estimate that products will be delivered within 5 days of our customers placing an order and often sooner
We have a cut off order time of 3pm to deliver within the estimated timescale.
Orders are sent in plain packaging. We use quality recyclable postal packaging.
European Community
Same cost and service as within the UK.
Rest of World
Regular delivery time is 5-10 days worldwide, though is can often be quicker. We also offer a £20 flat rate express service which delivers in 1-4 days depending where you are. For example East Coast USA is often next day, the rest of USA is normally no more than 2 days. Australia can be up to 4 days. Far East 2-3 days. This is a guide only, goods are sent through the Fedex system.

For a normal UK delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
EXCHANGES
For your satisfaction, Bamboo Clothing Ltd is happy to make exchanges within 14 days for any product, completely free of charge. (but only if you haven't used it!). We want to make sure you end up with the product that you want and will do pretty much anything to make sure that happens! simply send back the item, confirming your name, address and what you want to exchange it for. we'll do the rest!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If we mess up, we will fix it. Simple as that. In the event of receiving faulty goods, please return the goods within 14 days of delivery. If you just don't like it, we'll refund it as long as it hasn't been obviously worn more than the usual 'trying on'. Basically it's common sense, 'normal' top level service we all used to take for granted. Whatever the problem, we'll do everything to make sure you're happy.
We endeavour to adhere to delivery estimates but they are unfortunately only estimates. With the best will in the world and the most efficient systems, things occasionally do go wrong, very often outside of our control. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise if you are unfortunate enough to experience any difficulties with your order. The address to send all returns and exchanges is:
