All 100% naturally, thanks to the inherent properties of bamboo.  it will keep you more comfortable before, during and after exercise. 

For Bam activewear, we add a touch of lycra - 4%.  Enough to give a bit of stretch, not enough to take away from the natural character of the shirt.
