"I ordered the short-sleeved T-shirt as a trial, and wore it for the first time last week. After wearing all day, I was put it on a hanger. The following morning I was amazed that it looked (and smelt ) unworn. So I wore it again the next day!
As for the "keeping cool/warm" part, it does exactly what it says on the
tin. Even stood next to the chiller cabinets in the supermarket, my arms
had goosebumps, but my body felt warm. It makes a great base-layer under a casual shirt.
As you can tell from my e-mail, I work for ****(withheld), which make T-shirts made from a material called Coolmax. This has similar properties, but the bamboo seems to be better. All that research into fibre technology, and Mother Nature produces something better !

"I've just returned from 4 days out in the wilds of the Scottish Highlands. I thought I'd test out the bamboo shirt by wearing it continuously. Unbelievable - it still smelt fresh at the end of four days fairly strenuous activity. To make it more impressive I had worn it before this trip on a 90 mile cycle ride and it hadn't been washed between (broken washing machine). I now believe the hype and I think I converted a few mates too.

Firstly apologies for the delay in getting back to you and secondly thank you so much for the astounding customer service!
You kindly sent me out a black t-shirt in the correct size which arrived in time for my husband's Christmas present. When I finally got around to packaging up the small one to send back to you I decided that it was too sumptuous to part with and decided to keep it for myself! I am posting you a cheque for £20 for this item (it should arrive within a few days - please let me know if it doesn't).
The upshot of this whole business and the delay in getting back to you is that I am able to give you feedback on the various products all of which have gone down a storm. I have never written a note like this before but - thank you for you lovely products and great service.

I ordered several items in preparation for our holiday and I contacted you to ask whether or not DEET might affect the clothes. We've just returned and we have lots of good news for you. Firstly, the clothes were extremely comfortable and packed, washed and dried very easily. Secondly, the DEET did not seem to have any effect on the material, so that is very good news. "Just to let you know that the order I placed on Thursday morning arrived perfectly on Friday. I don't see how customer service can get any better than that! A little story for you to recommend the clothes...my wife was wearing a bamboo shirt on a recent trip to Grenoble. As we were just there for a couple of days she had only one set of casual clothes and one set of smart, for a formal dinner. On the first evening, in her casual clothes (jeans and bamboo shirt) the waiter managed to drop a plate of veal and potatoes in a cream sauce all over her. She disappeared into the loo and washed the shirt through in water. She came back clean and it dried in no time - by the next day it was perfectly wearable without even a crease from being wrung out.
